About the talk:
Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) goes far beyond Bitcoin, Crypto and Fintech, and is now gaining traction as an emerging technology solution for secure data sharing in the cloud. As enterprise adoption and real-life applications of DLT continue to skyrocket, it’s paramount that developers and tech teams be at the forefront of learning and understanding how these technologies work. In this case, how to build security in at the data layer and seamlessly integrate with current cloud technologies (i.e. Kubernetes, object storage, etc.) Gus and Trent will share how Gospel Technology, a secure distributed graph database, is using blockchain and DLT in a never-before-seen way to allow companies to securely share sensitive PII data in the cloud from a developer’s perspective. They will give a brief demo of Gospel Developer Quickstart (GDQ) – a fully interoperable, off-the-shelf solution built for developers, by developers allowing them to automatically deploy GDQ on GCP in just a few clicks. And provide practical use cases of where, when and how GDQ can be applied.
